There is 4 steps to get lean body
Tripp no.01
First of all you have to stop eating fast food, it is really bad for body building.
You must eat good fat not bad example ( you eat brown bread in breakfast. )
Tipp no.02
Do cardio! You guys are going workout but you forget cardio which
is really important for lean body. If you are skinny fat then you have
to train only ( one muscle per week ). you do only one time in a week cardio.
Tipp no.03
Rest! Rest is also important like workout, if you do every day workout
then your muscles can not grow up also cutting.
Tipp no.04
Seeping! Sleep at least 8 to 9 hours, if you don't sleep your muscles can't repair. Also rest is important! Be stress free and then sleep
